Full Size Lash Building Primer- Mascara Primer Base: Apply primer generously to lashes in an upward motion and immediately follow with mascara.
Full Size High Impact Mascara in Black: Start at lash roots, wiggling brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold wand vertically.
Quickliner For Eyes Intense Eyeliner in Intense Chocolate: Swivel up only one-eighth of an inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance.
