The coat shall be single breasted, 3 button, semi-fitted style with a single bottom and notched lapels. The front of the coast shall have 23 linge buttons. The fronts shall have two breast flaps and two set-in lower pockets with flaps with scalloped round edges. The breast flaps shall be tacked on the front and all four flaps shall have 23 linge gold Coast Gaurd buttons.
- Officer's coats will have a sword slit over the left hip. Dress coast with this slit are NOT available.
- USCG Auxiliary personel will need to replace the included Coast Guard buttons with Auxiliary buttons.
- The SDB coat is not to be worn with Wash and Wear slacks.
- Coats require certain accessories, sold seperately.
- Tailoring or sewing services not provided.
