Consists of a stiffened oval crown with detachable white cover, a blue cap band that is 1 1/4 inches wide with integral mount for the insignia, and a blue brim. The brim is rolled at the sides and flat in the front and back. Two blue streamers are attached to the band at the back. Not approved for USCG Auxiliary.
