Online Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your CGX and shopCGX.com purchases. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, we will issue a refund or make an equitable price adjustment within 45 days of purchase with the following exceptions:
- CGX Gift Cards, all third-party gift cards and pre-paid financial cards are not returnable.
- Most electronic items may be returned within 14 days of the date on the sales receipt. Merchandise must be in the original, unopened packaging and be accompanied with a receipt.
- All LG & Samsung TV returns - External Box Damage (puncture hole, significant dents) - customer must refuse shipment at time of delivery and contact customer service: shopcgx@cgexchange.org within 24 hours. It is CRITICAL that the customer keeps all of the original shipping paperwork, packaging and cartons for inspection by the carrier. Concealed Damage - No significant exterior box damage but has damage to the TV such as cracked frame, cracked screen, etc., contact customer service: shopcgx@cgexchange.org to process proper paperwork for return.
- Customer should contact the manufacturer directly for any defective, service, setup and/or running issue relating to the item purchased.
- Only unopened factory sealed packaging is returnable for all iPods, iPads, gaming hardware, computers and tablets. All other issues must be covered by the manufacturer directly.
- Video game software and computer software are returnable only in the original unopened factory sealed packaging. If game is defective, they will be exchanged for an identical item only.
- Diamond jewelry is subject to appraisal before a refund may be given.
- All food items purchased on shopCGX.com are non-returnable.
- Face Masks and Coverings purchased on shopCGX.com are non-returnable.
- Pre-loved Luxury handbags are Final Sale. No returns accepted on these items.
- Firearm accessories must be returned in the original, unopened packaging and be accompanied with a receipt.
- Shipping charge is non-refundable.
All uniforms purchased at shopCGX.com may be returned to any CGX store, or by mail, within 45 days of order. Please remember to save your order receipt, cartons, packing materials and any enclosed manuals.
Non-returnable apparel and uniform items:
- Items washed or altered (including tailoring) in any way.
- Items determined by management to be in a non-issuable state. Some examples could include soiled/dirty/dusty, covered in animal fur, items with an odor from cologne or other sources, etc.
- If more than 45 days from date of order, even if not worn.
- Special Order items
To request a return, call 1-800-572-0230 or use the Return Request Form. Any order returned that does not comply with the return policy will be returned to sender.
We do not provide return shipping labels unless the product is damaged/defective. If the item is damaged or defective, please provide us with further details and images of the damage.
The refund will be processed in the same payment form as the original purchase. A return without a receipt will be issued as a CGX Credit Slip at the item’s current CGX price (which will expire one year from date of issue.).
NOTE: All refunds/credits are made payable to the ordering customer, never the recipient.
